What sets the honey harvested from the heathlands of Lower Silesian Boros apart from other varieties? Above all, it is distinguished by its deep amber hue and remarkably dense, almost jelly-like texture, which renders it instantly recognizable. Yet it is not merely these visual traits that define its uniqueness—this honey is also renowned for its extensive range of therapeutic properties. For honey to qualify as heather honey, it must contain at least fifty percent pollen from common heather (*Calluna vulgaris*) as its dominant pollen component. However, the honey from Lower Silesian Boros far exceeds this benchmark, containing up to eighty percent heather pollen, thereby making it a product of exceptionally high nutritional and medicinal value.

Is that why the honey is made from the pine trees of Lower Silesia?

Bory Dolnośląskie is an area rich in honey-bearing plants, in addition to worms there are also small-scale lipa, wild rose, slya, tarnina, gog, grasshopper and pitcher.

The medicinal properties of boiled honey from Lower Silesia pine

It has many medicinal properties that have been scientifically proven, e.g. in the urine properties by which harmful substances such as hydrochloric acid, creatine, potassium harmful, uric acid and other substances produced in our bodies are removed from our bodies. However, for its essential properties are essential oils and organic acids, which add to the fact that the functioning blood vessels of the kidneys are dispersed, which increases the filtration of Borreheim's body.
