Course: Dietetic therapy in diverse medical departments

Pharmacological interventions do not universally represent the sole therapeutic modality. In numerous pathological conditions—particularly those with dietary etiologies or dependencies—the implementation of a tailored nutritional regimen assumes paramount importance for patient recovery. How, then, can one systematically adapt dietary protocols to the specific requirements of a given disease entity? This specialized training program equips participants with evidence-based insights into the intricate relationships between nutrition and immune system functionality, the principles of dietary therapy in deficiency states, and the impact of dietary components on acid-base homeostasis. The curriculum further encompasses therapeutic nutrition strategies for cardiovascular disorders, metabolic syndromes, and urinary system pathologies, with dedicated attention allocated to the dietary management of gout.
