This variant of barley porridge, due to the presence of kidney nuts, is abundant.
Essential components
– 5 spoons of common or mountain oat flakes (50 g), – 1 banana of medium size (120 g), – a spoon of dried cranberries (12 g), – a spoon of pecan nuts (15 g), – a cup of natural yoghurt (200 g).
The way it's prepared
At the outset, we'll pour oat flakes into a bowl and douse them with boiling water, achieving a level akin to the height of the flakes. Subsequently, we'll permit them to soak for 5 minutes, after which we'll append the remaining ingredients: banana sliced into rounds, natural yogurt, dried cranberries, and kidney beans. Our oat dish is ready!
