A fungal infection, commonly referred to as a yeast infection, represents the most prevalent type of fungal condition, resulting from the excessive proliferation of the yeast Candida albicans.

The fungus has symptoms

People with the fungus may experience chronic fatigue, weight, drowsiness, irritability, concentration disorders caused by excess mucus in the body. They also experience shortness of breath, white bumps on the tongue, a metallic taste in the mouth, cravings for sweet and spicy foods, frequent colds, susceptibility to other fungi, e.g. feet.

The fungus is the cause

The main cause of Candida's growth is improper diet. The fungus feeds on sugar-rich sweet foods as well as too salty, cold, starchy foods. The consumption of excessive amounts of raw products additionally weakens the digestive system, which can be manifested by diarrhea.

Antifungal diet is the rule

In the case of mushrooms, a separate diet applies, or not to combine too many products in one meal e.g. a carbohydrate meal or a protein-fat meal. Protein should not be combined with carbs, except for raw or cooked vegetables. Carbohydrates can only be consumed with raw and cooked veggies. However, fats can be added to proteins and vegetables and in low-fat seeds to make the seeds fertilised, but it should be remembered that the digestion time is long.

Anti-fungal diets products

During the treatment of fungus, it is necessary to eliminate from the diet sugar, alcohol, milk, yeast (such as yeast), certain fermented products, coffee, ready-made products, e.g. ketchup, chewing gum, limiting white bread. Sweets and fruits: sweeteners such as sugar, molasses, clone syrup, honey should be avoided. It is admissible to sweeten stevia as well as some sweet fruits such as berries, pomegranates, citrus fruits, apples.

The anti-fungal diet is prescribed
