Personalized predicted glycemic response
The study involved 800 participants. It was observed that some individuals had higher blood glucose levels after consuming bananas compared to cakes. In others, glucose levels remained stable after eating bread, while certain patients exhibited a stronger response to buttered bread than plain bread alone. The collected data on health status, body composition, and microbiome enabled the development of an algorithm to predict personalized glycemic responses. Research conducted by Israeli scientists confirmed that lifestyle significantly impacts obesity and diabetes. Blood sugar levels varied depending on whether the meal was preceded by physical activity or sleep. While further studies are needed, the findings suggest that no universal diet exists. These results underscore the importance of personalized nutrition. Just as with obesity, lifestyle influences diabetes progression, and dietary and routine adjustments can enhance treatment outcomes and symptom management.
