Recipe preparation steps

Kaszę jaglaną przelewamy na sitku najpierw zimną wodą, następnie wrzątkiem, po czym znów zimną wodą i gotujemy przez ok. 15 minut w posolonej wodzie w stosunku 1:2,5 (kasza:woda). Kurczaka, cebulę i paprykę kroimy w kostkę i smażymy na patelni na rozgrzanym oleju. Ugotowaną kaszę dodajemy na patelnię do pozostałych składników i mieszamy. Podajemy z kapusta kwaszoną.
