Fresh Spinach 2
Whole Chicken Eggs (M)
Sunflower Seeds 2
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
White Salt
Recipe preparation steps
Cook the pasta al dente.
Cook the pasta al dente.
In a pan, fry the chicken in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Add garlic and fresh spinach, boil briefly until the leaves wilt.
Mix Pasta with Chicken and Spinach.
Place an egg on top (fried or mix in a raw egg yolk as in carbonara).
