Recipe preparation steps

Preheat oven to 160°C (or 180°C fan-assisted).

Place the fish in a baking dish.

In a bowl, add the marinade ingredients: olive oil, tomato paste, tarragon, oregano, salt and pepper.Mix these ingredients well and pour over the fish.

Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes into rounds and place them alternately over the fish.

Bake the fish in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
