Whey, previously regarded as a byproduct with minimal nutritional value, has become the focus of extensive scientific studies, which have confirmed its significance as a valuable source of nutrients, particularly high-quality proteins.

I'm going to get up

The cheese is a by-product of the production of cheeses (both white and yellow) from cow's milk. Depending on the method of production used, it is possible to produce two types of cheese, i.e. subcutaneous (sweet) and acidic.

It's a serrated composition

Serum is a mixture of many very valuable ingredients. These are mainly: proteins, which are the basic building blocks for cells, essential for nutrition. Serum proteins are albumins and globulins. These are the high-quality proteins that made serum noticeable, lactose, or milk sugar, which is a great food for the gut flora, mineral ingredients: phosphorus, sodium, iodine, and mainly calcium, which strengthens bone structure and prevents osteoporosis, vitamins that are easily soluble in water: B-acid, biotin, pantothenic acid.

Serve with properties

Until recently, whey was treated as a by-product in dairy processing. As it turned out, the appropriate methods of processing it allow it to be perfectly used for other food purposes. whey proteins are easily digested by the human body and quickly transported from the stomach to the intestines, where they are equally efficiently absorbed and then used by the body as a building block for other body proteins. Whey protein has also been recognized for producing high-quality amino acids, which are the essence of protein.

Use the syringe

Servetus itself is a natural product, so it is very safe. It has been widely used in the food industry and in food technology. Dried protein derived from servetus should be added to many food products, e.g. ice cream, creams, melted hearts, dairy desserts and even baked goods. Because of this, products become more nutritious by increasing their protein or vitamin content in a simple and inexpensive way. However, it is increasingly used in medicine. It is also used to treat hemorrhoids, scoliosis, dermatological diseases.
