It turns out that culinary innovations are very popular, and customers are increasingly attracted to cooking with new food products. One of them is anchois, which has gained a wide following and has become a staple in Polish kitchens.

What is anchois?

Anchois is a French name for dishes derived from the European sardine. Its length is only 1215 cm.
