Ultra High Temperature is a process in which milk is subjected to a temperature of 135°C for a few seconds, followed by a rapid cooling. This process guarantees the longevity (freshness) of milk for several months. However, in the process of instantaneous sterilization, most of the pathogenic bacteria but unfortunately also contains essential vitamins. This is the process whereby the milk is exposed for several seconds at 135° C and then rapidly cooled. This procedure guarantees milk's durability for a number of months. The problem is that most of human disease-causing bacteria but also the most valuable vitamins are injected into the body.
