Usually in summer, various types of meat are served: lamb, veal, pork and all sorts of soups, whereas in autumn-winter it is used to supplement vitamins and mineral ingredients with vegetables and fruits.

Preparation: tomatoes and cucumbers cut into cubes, and chopped peppers toasted on panes. Onions cut and poured into the rest of the vegetables. Do the same with olives. Add some oil and vinegar and salt and pepper to the sauce. At the end, however, rinse the starter.
