According to the author, the key to a healthy lifestyle and a timely solution to health problems is the elimination of dietary sugars, dietary fats, and plant-based foods.

The Whole 30 diet is a menu

10g Clarified butter 180g Chicken eggs full 250g Spaghetti 200g Grapefruit Juice Second breakfast Beetroot cream soup on a meat and vegetable broth, with the addition of cooked chicken broth with skin, salted peanut seeds and peanut butter sauce. 330g Beeroot cream of peanut flavours and pepper sauce from the broth 120g Meat chicken sauce, 10g coconut oil extract from 15g Peanut oil extracted as a mixture of pepper and olive oil extracts and 50g of olive oil, and 10g of vinegar extracted from 250g of Oystroot oil, 200g of salted corn syrup extracted in the form of oatmeal, and 20g of oats extracted into the shape of olive pulp, and over 50g.

The Whole 30 is a recipe

The ingredients are: 1 kg 1⁄2 teaspoon of pepper; 1⁄4 cups of fish with chopped leaf; 1 jar of lemon juice; 1 half of the skin and pressed juice of 1 lemon; 2 tablespoons of olive oil; 1 marinated and very slightly preserved Jalapeno peppers; 2 very little preserved garlic tooths; 1⁄2 1⁄2 spoon of salt. The method of preparation: all the ingredients of the fish with the pepper are to be thoroughly boiled and divided into two portions.
