The DASH diet

The DASH diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) is recognized as a medicinal diet. It is recommended as an ideal diet for people with hypertension. Epidemiological data show that there are as many as one billion people worldwide with high blood pressure. This problem also affects 2% of children and adolescents up to 18 years of age. It affects 30% of the adult population in Poland. It turns out that hypertension is a daily problem for many people in our immediate environment.

The rules of the DASH Diet

It includes not only trying to lose weight and maintain a normal weight, but also getting regular physical activity, changing your daily menu and significantly limiting your sodium intake. Ready-to-eat DASH diets you can buy here. You have up to 5 different calories to choose from. You can choose a diet for 1, 2 or 4 weeks.
