Cleansing has long enjoyed great popularity in the world of natural medicine - hailed as a marvelous herb that boosts immunity, fights bacteria and viruses, and purifies the body, has become an increasingly sought-after remedy. Supplement manufacturers have quickly capitalized on this trend, offering a much more convenient form of tablets alongside the traditional method of consuming the herb tea. Are these cleansing herb tablets as effective as the cistus incanus tea?

The purist belongs to about 20 species of the family Cistaceae. In Poland, the most popular species is Cistus incasus (Grey purist). Morphologically it takes the form of winter-green shrubs up to 60100 cm in height. The flower buds with wrinkled crown petals are 2.57.5 cm in size and are usually white to pink to purple. At the base of each petal is often a red or purple patch.

Cleaning of the tablets dosing
One clean capsule usually contains 1750 mg of extract per dried herb and 250 mg of standardised extract for 5% polyphenol.The recommended dose on the pack is one to two tablets taken once a day before meals.It is not recommended to exceed the dose given on the package and use of the clean by children, pregnant women and nursing mothers.

In addition, many people do not like the specific flavor of the powder, so they choose the supplement form. Pure tablets are supposed to have the same properties as tea and contain the same amount of active substances.
