Condensed milk

It is a dairy product obtained by evaporation of water from whole milk at a reduced pressure of 55 60 °C. How do you make condensed milk?

There are a lot of recipes on the Internet for condensed milk to make at home. For one serving (about 500 g) we need 200 g of milk powder, 250 ml of water, 220 g of sugar and 50 g of butter. We cook sugar, butter and water on a small fire until the sugar melts. Then we add lots of 50g of milk in powder, constantly mixing it so that it doesn't form clumps. Instead of the milk in the milk, we can also use a simple formula.

Recipe for waffles with kaymak The ingredients are: wrapping the waffle after 2 hours of cooking the can, and then opening the glass. For example, a can of condensed milk, we remove the label from the can and put it in a closed pot. We pour water, cover it and cook it for about 2 to 2.5 hours, adding water so that the can is immersed in it all the time. After 2 hours, we pack the cans, then we open the glass with a canned or canned milk.
