Antioxidants destroy free radicals, the excess of which can contribute to general inflammation in the body. Alcoholic syrup from the fruit of derenia has been used in folk medicine for: fever states that have effectively alleviated, anemia, fever (metabolic, also known as an anticancer). Bathing in water with water from the root or leaves of the derenia may contribute to the inflammation of the joints caused by rheumatism.

Dereniówka is a unique cereal made from cereal grains, which the longer it stays, the tastier and more valuable it becomes. To prepare it, you have to choose the most ripe fruit, preferably the ones that have fallen from the tree itself. The ingredients for the cereal are: 1 kg of ripe cereals, 1 kilogram of fine sugar, 1⁄2 litre of pure spirit, 1⁄2 l of pure vodka.
