It's often asked what the guidelines are for Street Fitness and what the regulations are for it to be followed, so I invite you to read an article that describes a few of the rules I've adhered to in the past. Some will agree with them, others will criticize them, but in my case, it has been proven to work well.

Significant is that you enjoy what you do

Disregard unfavorable comments. In human nature, people tend to prefer to flatter someone instead of saying something commendable or inspiring. If you're just embarking on your sporting journey, it's only natural that many things are still unfinished. Malicious comments from others are often a sign of envy. Try not to take it personally and concentrate on your path. With determination, in a short time, you'll be able to do things they can't, and you'll achieve goals that others can only dream of. I'm not just talking about sporting abilities. I assure you, those who didn't believe in you will be asking for help and advice.

The idea is crucial

We do not judge people based on their skills on the line. Lately, we have seen a trend of judging people based on whether or not they can hold the perfect position or the perfect flag for a few seconds. That is not the theme of this sport. It promotes leisure time for one's own benefit, and the aspect of appearance and so-called 'skill' is, in my opinion, a side effect that results from training. Why should someone who can pull 10 times and has an average body structure be judged negatively if they have struggled to build or adapt several seats on the SW training ground? Such a person has introduced this discipline into schools, organized sports picnics, provided help to children's homes, engaged socially, led a healthy lifestyle, and motivated youth to action. It is precisely these aspects that should be taken into account. After all, who said that such a person wants to be an athlete? Maybe they just want to help with their own experience.

Mindful physical activity

Keep in mind that street workout is also about working in collaboration with your body, the ability to recognize its needs. Before commencing training, perform a suitable warm-up - it is recommended that it resembles the training itself. Pay particular attention to your shoulders and wrists. Adapt your exercises and workouts to your current level, do not neglect the basic training, do not focus solely on the elements. Consider the regeneration, your body also requires time to regain strength and will provide you with better results during the next training. Do not overestimate your capabilities, do not attempt to perform overly demanding exercises. Another important aspect is also the technique throughout each exercise.
