A German researcher accidentally moved the decimal point, inflating the value tenfold. Despite the correction, spinach remained ingrained in public perception as an exceptionally healthy vegetable. In reality, 100 g of spinach contains about 2.71 mg of iron, which is an average amount compared to other vegetables. Additionally, it provides 49 mg of phosphorus, 558 mg of potassium, 28.1 mg of vitamin C, and 79 mg of sodium.

How to expertly prepare spinach for consumption?
The key to a successful spinach dish lies in its proper preparation and the selection of suitable spices. For beginners in the kitchen, starting with a frozen version in the form of a briket is recommended. Adding onions and garlic enhances the flavor and complements the briket perfectly. Below is a basic recipe that can be customized to personal preferences: Spinach Delights: a package of frozen spinach (approx. 450-500g), 2 medium onions, 2 medium garlic cloves, 1/2 beef broth cube, 1/2 cheese cube, spices (Vegeta, Maggi, pepper, meat seasoning, herbs de Provence), cream or whipped cream, milk, flour.
