The Ingredients of the Dish
The following ingredients are required: – 200 grams of whole grain spaghetti, – 1 carrot, – 3 mushrooms, – 1/2 zucchini, – 1/2 bell pepper, – 1/2 chili pepper, – 2 teaspoons honey mustard, – 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, – 1 small, reduced-fat Greek yogurt, – 1 tablespoon olive oil, – spices: salt, pepper, cinnamon, dried parsley. Cut carrot and mushrooms into slices, bell pepper and zucchini into cubes. Place chopped vegetables in a tall pot, in which olive oil is heated. Cook everything covered until the vegetables are soft and juices are released. Mix Greek yogurt with mustards. When vegetables are soft, add the yogurt-mustard mixture and continue cooking covered for about 5 minutes. Then remove the lid and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, to thicken the sauce. Add spices and mix thoroughly. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in salted water with a little bit of olive oil.
