Sending your child to the countryside to avoid allergies

Allergies can unexpectedly arise at any time, just like asthma, but there is a way to reinforce your immunity against them. This sounds unrealistic? The main component is rural dust!
Rural Life as a Natural Allergy Shield
Allergic reactions are as diverse as the allergens themselves. Every organism responds differently. The most challenging time for allergy sufferers is spring, when everything blooms, and they struggle with tearing, itching, or breathing difficulties. A true ordeal! However, there are ways to protect children from allergies by strengthening their immune system. Rural dust can play a role here. Researchers from VIB and Ghent University have demonstrated in rat experiments that the substances in rural dust enhance the action of protein A20, which provides protection against allergies and asthma. These findings were also confirmed in patient studies, where reduced activity of protein A20 was observed in individuals with asthma and allergies, potentially being the cause of these conditions. Further research could lead to the development of a vaccine against asthma and allergies. Therefore, instead of battling allergies, it makes sense to combine pleasure with practicality and spend more time with children in the countryside! One of the most common allergies in children is cow's milk allergy. If diagnosed, this product must be excluded from the diet. However, consuming raw cow's milk can also bolster immunity against allergies.
