Sandwiches turn out to be an excellent evening meal. We present a version with handcrafted sandwich spread, which is indisputably healthier than the store-bought one and is very easy to prepare. Sandwiches with additives in the form of pumpkin seeds work well in a male's diet as they counteract the growth of the pituitary gland.

The indispensable components

\- 3 slices of whole-grain bread (105 g) \- 3/4 pack of semi-fatty curd (150 g) \- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt (40 g) \- 1 pickled cucumber (60 g) \- half a red bell pepper (115 g) \- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds (10 g) \- salt, pepper.

The manner of preparation

At the outset, we prepare a sandwich mixture made with yellowish curd cheese and pickled cucumbers. We crumble the cheese with a fork, adding a teaspoon of unnatural yogurt, salt, and pepper, as well as tiny cubes of pickled cucumbers. Subsequently, we spread the bread slices with the created mixture. On top of this, we place thin slices of red bell pepper and sprinkle pumpkin seeds.
