A captivating posterior is the essence of feminine form... Much of this depends on genes, unfortunately however not everyone possesses an outstanding muscular system... At the places where the borders of genetics cease, a helpful hand is extended by the gym.

What can we achieve by performing squats?

Firstly, we deliver a direct stimulus to the thigh and gluteal muscles, leading to their reinforcement, shaping, and gentle development. It is worth noting that intensive workouts will not make women look like bodybuilders, as their bodies contain too little testosterone. Therefore, there is no reason to worry about strength training. Moreover, squats have a beneficial impact on joint mobility, strengthen the back, abdominal, and calf muscles, which translates into the comfort of daily movement. However, it is crucial to remember that the results in the form of stronger and better-shaped muscles will appear over time, not immediately. Women who grace magazine covers, celebrities, and fitness athletes trained their bodies for many months, if not years, before achieving impressive silhouettes.

Exercises targeting the thigh muscles

During a training session, it's beneficial to focus on building the thigh muscles.

Exercises for the beautiful posterior body parts

– RDL, which is Romanian for "dead line", – hip thrust, – classic squats, – squats on a steppe with a broad stance, – monster gait, – steps and shifts, – bending of the legs on the machine (double-jointed hip), – draining of the lower finger on the stretch, – pushing the Smith’s sled while lying on the back on the ground, – machine for diversion and guidance. The training program should consist of approximately 5 exercises a day, bearing in mind that more does not necessarily mean better, as muscles need to regenerate, and this certainly includes a balanced diet and an appropriate training program without overloading the nervous system. There is no single best exercise, so consider the exercises in your training that best suit your needs and preferences.

The buttocks are not the sole priority

Aesthetically pleasing gluteal muscles are for women what the upper body is for men and biceps are for gentlemen, but one should always focus on training the entire body to make the whole body strong and well-trained. The buttocks may be a priority, but do not forget to train other muscle groups.
