The Republic of Poland has long maintained a leading position in European honey production, as evidenced by the record harvest of 2006, when a single bee colony succeeded in yielding up to twenty kilograms of this precious natural resource. Overlooking such critical data would represent not only a disregard for its rich nutritional profile but also an obstacle to fully harnessing the therapeutic and culinary potential inherent in this apicultural product.

It's the honey of the rappeau

It is one of the cheapest varieties of honey, which does not indicate its poor quality. In its liquid form it is characterized by a straw color, while after crystallization it takes on a white color. Crystallization occurs relatively quickly, but this does not constitute the product's disadvantages. Crystallised honey retains its precious properties.

Rope honey composition

All types of honey are highly valued because of their composition and beneficial health properties. The content of mineral compounds depends primarily on the raw material from which honey is produced i.e. the composition of nectar determines this. In addition, honey contains starches, vitamins, essential oils.

Properties and use of rapeseed honey

Because of its composition, honey can help treat and prevent some diseases. It does not treat itself, so we should not treat it as a medicine, but it certainly deserves to be appreciated. First of all, its high glucose content makes it ideal as a well-absorbed source of energy for people who are burdened with high stress, both mentally and physically, as well as for those who are recovering.
