Everyone knows that buckwheat is very healthy and nutritious, but sometimes it can seem uninteresting. We present a unique version of the dish with buckwheat, chicken and vegetables that is not only colorful, but also very tasty.
Primary ingredients
– a small pouch of buckwheat groats (100 g), – 3/4 of a chicken breast fillet (150 g), – one tomato fruit (170 g), – half of a large red onion (50 g), – half of a green cucumber (90 g), – a spoon of rapeseed oil (10 g), – necessary spices: salt and pepper.
Procedure of Preparation
We cook buckwheat groats in water, which we gently flavor with salt. Meanwhile, we cut the chicken into pieces and fry it on heated rapeseed oil, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and a touch of turmeric. When the meat is slightly cooked, we add a chopped onion to the frying pan, and after a while, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. We cook the whole thing on low heat under the cover. When the chicken is cooked, we combine it with the cooked buckwheat groats. So quickly arises a healthier and tastier dish!
