Spinach, when paired with feta cheese, offers a delightful flavor, but the addition of salmon to the dish markedly enhances its value and taste, as salmon is a superb source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for our body's peak performance.
Primary ingredients
– a full cup of whole grain fusilli pasta (60 g), – a small serving of spinach (25 g), – feta cheese (50 g), – half of a large red onion (50 g), – smoked salmon (70 g) and – one and a half teaspoons of rapeseed oil (15 g).
Way of preparation
The pasta ought to be cooked until it is al dente. In a pot, we slightly heat up some oil and briefly fry the spinach. In a bowl, we crumble the feta cheese with a fork and add the previously prepared spinach to it. All the ingredients are combined with each other and with the cooked pasta. In another pan, we heat up the remaining oil and add the diced onion. We fry it briefly and then add the diced salmon. This is also fried for a few minutes. On the plate, we spread out the prepared pasta with feta and spinach and place the salmon with red onion on top. The dish is ready!
