Morning oat porridge is excellent for diverse culinary trials. We suggest a variant with the addition of plums, kiwi, and pumpkin seeds, which is a source of fiber, vitamin C, and zinc, as well as contains beneficial fatty acids for our bodies. Thanks to the inclusion of pumpkin seeds, this dish is also a rich source of vitamin E, which helps in reducing muscle fatigue after intense physical exertion. Therefore, it is worth considering adding this dish to your tomorrow's menu.

Fundamental components of ingredients

– 5 spoons of conventional or mountain oat flakes (50 g), – 1 plum (55 g), – 1 kiwi (75 g), – a spoonful of pumpkin seed (15 g), and – a cup of natural yogurt (200 g).

Way of preparation

Initially, we pour oat flakes into a bowl and drench them with boiling water nearly up to the level of the flakes. Then, we wait for 5 minutes until the flakes become soft, and add the remaining constituents: diced prunes, kiwi, natural yogurt, and pumpkin seeds. The oatmeal is ready to be eaten!
