The currently proposed lunch meal is a healthy version of oat groats... Additionally, curry seasoning is added, which contains curcumin, a substance with numerous health benefits, such as anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties
Essential key components
– 5 scoops of buckwheat (65 g), – piece of chicken breast fillet (90 g), – 4 dried tomatoes (40 g), – 3 teaspoons of red kidney beans (60 g), – several arugula leaves (20 g), – 1/2 piece of red bell pepper (80 g), – spoon of olive oil (10 g), – curry, herbs de Provence, pepper, salt.
Way of preparation
The process initiates by boiling the pre-cooked chickpeas, which we then thoroughly rinse with cold and hot water to eliminate the naturally bitter taste. Following this, we incorporate half a teaspoon of curry spice to it (quantity based on individual preferences). We dice the chicken and dried tomatoes into smaller pieces, and slice the pepper into strips. We season the chicken according to personal preference and fry it in a spoonful of oil for a brief period, until it ceases to be raw. In a container, we mix the chickpeas, chicken, pepper, and dried tomatoes, add beans and arugula. We plate the entire mixture.
