Inadequately small or excessively large thoracic cage relative to the rest of the body.
Structure of the chest
Before I introduce these patents to you, it is important to understand how our chest muscles are structured. Is it one large muscle or perhaps it is divided into segments? The chest comprises: – the larger chest muscle, segments: lower, middle, and upper, – the front tooth muscle, – the smaller chest muscle.
The most effective exercises for chest muscle development
Of course, this is going to be my subjective assessment of the most effective exercises for chest muscle development. Each one, as I mentioned above, requires testing, but based on my own experience and observations of clients, I know that these work best: a) bench press on a flat bench with a dumbbell bar, b) bench press on an inclined bench or a flat bench with dumbbells, c) rows on the lower or upper pull, d) squats with additional weight, e) press in any plane with dumbbells in hammer form. Some of you may disagree with me, but it's based on my own observation and experience, remember that technique is the most important, and only later we can increase the load. The number of exercises depends on the training system we're using, it could be FBW, split training, or push & pull & legs.
