Anabolic window

An anabolic window is a term that refers to the period after the end of strength training, during which the body is most effectively able to use the macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins) supplied. Strength training makes cells sensitive to insulin, so the period following physical exercise is the right time to prepare them for the absorption and use of this hormone. Insulin is an important anabolic hormone that enables the body to transport the molecules to the right place for the purpose of storing them or using them for recovery processes.

It's a meal after practice

There is no single specific recipe for an ideal training meal. It is best to rely on these healthy, high-quality foods individually, without forgetting to eat them properly. However, it is important to choose the right macronutrients and be aware of their content in the individual products. Just because we can eat simple sugars doesn't mean that we should immediately go for ice cream, cookies and other processed foods. It's best, however, to be able to make them healthy, but not to forget about eating them in the right way.
