It is a component of both hormones and enzymes that regulate all body processes. As a muscle component, it participates in contraction, which is especially important from the point of view of people who are physically active.

Low-protein diet products

The following is a list of some of the products recommended for homemade baked bread, pre-cooked rice, whole-grain baked rice and all fat-based baked beans. All fat-containing flour with the exception of potato milk and whole grain rice, low-protein cornmeal, wheat and potato starch, baked cakes, sucrose, biscuits, ready-to-eat bread baked at home, and all fats baked on the basis of protein content.

A low-protein diet is a diet

The daily diet of the sick, despite certain restrictions on protein intake, does not have to be monotonous and barren at all. In the composition of the foods, except for the contraindicated products, we are limited only by our imagination. To better illustrate this, we present you with an example of a daily diet composed for an adult. The total protein content does not exceed 50 g/day. Breakfast baked milk cereal: cornmeal (30 g), strawberries (100 g), honey bees (24 g), egg yolks (250 g), milk proteins (250g)

They're low-protein

The daily diet of persons subject to protein restrictions may be enriched by the so-called special nutritional products, which include m.a. low-protein baked goods. These are products which are an alternative to their classical counterparts, modified in terms of composition to meet their desired needs.
