Due to the enormous amount of obligations, you often can't be at home? You don't know which training plan is best for you? Are you bored with aerobic training? Do you want to effectively burn fat? All these questions have the same answer - HIIT. You don't have enough time for boring running or cycling? This intensive training program will help you achieve great results and provide you with all the benefits! However, this training program is only for the most resilient!

"It's not me"

– Invigorating exercises merging squats and forward arm movements in a congruous rhythm. The entire workout ranges from 5 to 8 minutes and exhausts even the most fit individuals! A fast-paced sequence lasting around 20 seconds (12-15 quick movements) alternates with a slow-paced sequence – rest in standing position. Option for the most enduring.

Interrupted run

An equally intense option, but requiring a longer training time, which unfortunately does not involve less intensity and therefore less fatigue! It is advisable to choose a stretch of 100 to 150 meters. To increase the difficulty, it can be conducted on an incline. In 30 minutes, 10 to 15 fast sprints need to be performed. Return to the starting position is done at a calm pace, allowing for regeneration time. And did you know that almost any physical activity can be performed as HIIT training? You can also climb stairs slowly and descend slowly, toss weights in the gym, or alternate fast cycling with slow cycling! 3. What to choose – HIIT training or aerobics? Besides personal preferences, it is also worth considering experience, current physical availability, and available time. HIIT training is not suitable for everyone. Is it not better to focus on aerobic training? Before starting, one should correctly assess one's own position, whether one is able to perform such an intense training without harming one's health? If during muscle building one wants to reduce fat tissue or have little time for cardio despite good condition, anaerobic (oxygen-free) training, often referred to as HIIT training, can be an ideal solution. Or maybe it is better to rest and work on one's own condition?
