Investigate How the Beer Muscle is Formed!

Consuming beer has become a habit that we practice during meetings with people, after exhausting work, particularly when we are outdoors or after street runs, as a means of supplementing with electrolytes.. In Poland, beer consumption in 2013 amounted to approximately 97.5 liters per person.. Therefore, it is worth contemplating whether this beverage has a significant impact on health and figure.

Does drinking beer make your stomach grow?

Beer is one of the most popular alcoholic beverages because it's very good at quenching thirst due to the presence of carbon dioxide, but it also contains a small amount of ethyl alcohol, vitamins, and minerals. It's worth remembering, however, that beer is a high-energy beverage. A cup (500 ml) of clear beer contains 245 kcal, which is exactly as much as a bottle of soda (100 g) in an oil-sweetened cup. However, the dark variety of soda is even 300 calories in January.

The influence of alcohol consumption on body shape

Alcohol is rich in calories. For example, a glass of vodka is usually 55 calories, a cup of dry white wine is 100 calories, and 40 ml of cognac is 110 calories. Alcoholic beverages increase appetite, leading to a higher intake of snacks during their consumption. This can result in weight gain if this energy is not balanced. It is important to note that even moderate alcohol consumption can be harmful, especially for the liver.

Abdominal obesity in men

Pectoral muscles are a distinguishing feature of men. Women's hormonal economy is conducive to the development of obesity, i.e. the accumulation of excess fat in the hips, buttocks, and thighs. Men are prone to overeating. In this variation of the pectoral muscle grows most rapidly around the abdomen and on the chest. Abdominal fat is dangerous because it is associated with internal organ obesity. It causes a high risk of developing atherosclerosis, pancreatitis or liver disease, diabetes, and premature death due to heart attack. The only non-invasive treatment methods for abdominal fat are: a healthy diet, in accordance with the recommendations of the Institute of Food and Nutrition, and regular physical activity.

Does Beer Consumption Impact Health Status?

Beer can have positive effects on health status if consumed sporadically. Its main advantage is its richness in macro and microelements. Hence, it is popular to see a marathon runner who, after finishing the race, drinks a can of malt beverage, quickly filling in the gaps caused by intense physical exertion. Another advantage of beer is its cleansing effect on the kidney. It works diuretically, thus helping to eliminate unnecessary products from this organ. The beverage is also rich in B-group vitamins, zinc, and copper, which improve the condition of skin, hair, nails, and have a positive impact on the nervous system. In order to experience the positive impact of beer on health, one should not overdo it with the amount of beer consumed. One can per week or occasional consumption at social gatherings is sufficient. It is important to remember that beer, like other alcoholic beverages, is never recommended for daily consumption, but only tolerated in moderate amounts.
