Coca-Cola is a globally popular carbonated beverage available in Poland since 1957. Today, consumers can choose from various versions, including Coca-Cola Light, Zero, flavored variants, and Coca-Cola Life. Each differs in calorie content, sugar levels, and sweeteners used. Coca-Cola Light debuted in 1993, followed by Coca-Cola Zero in 2008. Coca-Cola Life, sweetened with natural stevia extract, is the latest addition to the market.

Coca-Cola has calories

The most calories, because 42 per 100 ml of a drink is a regular Coca-Cola. A 250 ml bottle contains 105 kcal, and a 2 litre bottle 840 kcal! Next up is Coca-cola Life, which contains 27 kcal per 100ml of a beverage, which is more than 1.5 times less than a regular Coli. 2 litres of Coli Life is 540 kcal. Both Coca- Cola Light and Zero have 0.2 kcal for 100 ml. Which means that a 2 liter bottle has only 4 kcal.. Actually, a low-calorie bottle of Cole, compared to this standard, has 210 kcal... So if we lose weight and use a few calories in our diet, should we consume Light or Zero, or we need to eat some calories.

Coca-Cola has nutritional value

Both protein and fat are not present in Coli, otherwise it is the case with carbohydrates. In an ordinary Coli we can find 10.6 g of sugar per 100 ml, or 212 g per 2 liters, which is about 22 tablespoons. In a 100 ml Coli Life there are 6.7 gs of sugar, which gives us 13.5 gs per 2 liter. It is worth noting that the producers of Coli did not stop adding sugar to Coli life, but only reduced its amount.

Coca-Cola is the composition

Each type of Coca-Cola is made up of water, CO2 and the same natural flavors. However, when it comes to the sweetness extracts of coca leaves and fruits, vanilla, spices, and caffeine. In addition, the same synthetic dye E 150d, or ammonia-sulphur caramel, is present everywhere. Its permissible intake is 200 mg/kg of zero body weight. For anyone weighing 50 kg, it would be best to regulate 10 g.
