The daily menu should include about 4-5 meals that are recommended to eat at fixed times, 3-hour breaks between them will prevent you from feeling hungry. In winter, it's worth favoring warm meals. For breakfast, you can prepare oatmeal, porridge, or scrambled eggs. This will warm up your body and reduce the desire for snacks during the day. Soups or creams are also a good choice. It's advisable to avoid sweets, cookies, or potato chips and instead eat fruit and vegetables. This will provide vitamins and minerals and strengthen the immune system, which is particularly beneficial in winter. A proper selection of products can also help maintain the proper weight. Instead of red meat, leaner varieties such as chicken or turkey should be preferred. Full-fat dairy products should be replaced with those with a fat content of up to 1.5%. Whole grain products should dominate in the diet, as they contain more dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals than their refined counterparts. Sweet and colored drinks should be replaced with medium- or high-mineralized water. Any form of physical activity is important, especially in winter. If the low temperature makes outdoor training difficult, it's worth signing up for a gym or fitness classes.
