They provide vitamins and minerals that are essential for our body.

The chips made from the fair have already impressed a large number of people and have often been on several tables. They are prized for their exceptional crunchyness as well as nutritional value. This raw material is rich in vitamins and minerals, and therefore low in calories. It makes them an ideal snack and an alternative to popular fast-food not only for people who care about the line but also for their health. Their preparation is extremely simple.

Chips of cucumbers

The preparation does not require any significant culinary skills. Sweat the cuisine in rather thin patches (45 mm), then mix it with spices and oil.

Such snacks are especially loved by children! For this you will need: an apple, cinnamon, a bit of mustard beans.. lemon juice. Similarly, as in other cases, the whole philosophy of preparation is to combine the ingredients, place them evenly on a sheet of paper in a single layer, and then place them in a bakery heated to 120 degrees for a period of about 40 minutes.

Carrot chips

Marchev is becoming increasingly popular in the preparation of substitutes for popular fast-food dishes. French fries made with this ingredient are well known. Carrot chips are a snack with an extremely intense color and a very pleasant flavor that can be enriched by the use of your favorite herbs and spices. Just like in other cases, to make them, you just have to mix thin vegetable patches with spices and oil and at about 140 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Chips of celery

Celery is another root vegetable ideally suited for all kinds of snacks, including chips. When preparing it, remember to protect the celery and then cut it, as in other cases, into even and thin plastics. They taste great with the addition of ginger, although all spices will be tested here. Mixed with oil and spices, the patch is stored in a kiln heated to 180 degrees and the whole of the pot is also stored for about 15 minutes, even after being studied.
