Use of hemp seeds

Hemp seeds can be used in people with problems with the circulatory system. It helps to protect the heart and speeds up the regeneration process of the body, e.g. after a stroke. Certainly all those who have skin problems should include hemp seed in their diet as much as possible, which will have a positive effect on the condition of the skin, moisturizing, reducing roughness or relieving acne changes. In addition, women with hormonal disorders, with annoying symptoms of postmenopausal tension or associated with menopausal period may notice a positive change in the diet.

The price of hemp seeds

Hemp seeds can be purchased in stores with healthy stationary or online foods. Prices vary greatly. They are more expensive shelled hemp. On average, the packaging price of 250 grams of unshelled seeds starts at PLN 9, and shelled ones at PLN 20. Hemp seed is another new product belonging to superfoods in Poland. It shows many valuable health properties. Their nutty flavor gives dishes a different flavor than before. It is worth trying to include hemp seed in the diet. Importantly, it should be remembered that the available products do not contain narcotic substances.
