It is particularly recommended to drink melisa vapors in the first months of pregnancy, when the ailments are most severe. It also supports lactation in breastfeeding mothers. In addition, it perfectly relaxes, calms, silences, reducing the risk of insomnia or fatigue. First of all, it should be emphasized that melisa drink is completely safe during pregnancy and gives no side effects [1].

Melissa for the Children

Melisa is also safe for children. It is used in sedatives and supportive of the digestive tract intended for babies. It alleviates the ailments associated with colic in infants. Green teas should not be introduced into a baby's diet before 4 months of age, as they can cause allergies.

It is recommended that pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding 2 3 times a day infuse the syrup with a spray of melissa to prevent vomiting or to increase the amount of food in their breasts. The syrup for pregnant or lactating women is prepared in a thermos by pouring 1 tablespoon of melisa with a glass of boiling water. The spray should be consumed only after an hour. Similar proportions are used in the preparation of the drink for soothing, preventing insomnia or nervousness. It is also recommended to drink 2?? 3 drops per day depending on the wound.
