After this time, the mixture should be rinsed off with cold water, and the hair should be dried. However, it is important to note that gelatine only improves the appearance of the hair, while a balanced diet rich in essential nutrients is the foundation for healthy hair.

Gelatin as a natural way to strengthen nails

A gelatin treatment can be an effective way to improve the condition of split nails. This natural method of strengthening nails helps achieve an attractive appearance. To perform the procedure, dissolve a tablespoon of gelatin in a glass of hot water and keep your nails submerged for about 10-15 minutes. Repeat the treatment every three days for two weeks. If the problem with brittle nails persists, it is advisable to review your diet. Essential nutrients such as zinc, silicon, and copper should be included in your daily diet. In addition to the treatment, incorporate nutrient-rich foods like nuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products into your meals. Gelatin can also contribute to improving hair appearance. It is recommended to use it in moderation to avoid potential adverse effects.
