Mentioned inositol also allows for a reduction in the state of excessive nervousness and stress. Lecithin can be found in products such as beans, wheat sprouts, walnuts and peanuts, rapeseed, soy, liver, and egg yolk.

The significance of magnesium in the body can be discussed for hours. Besides its beneficial effect on the circulatory system (by regulating blood pressure and vascular resistance), it also prevents the formation of clots and aids in the contraction of the heart muscle. This element is extremely important for the functioning of the nervous system. Why? Magnesium is involved in many energy transformations. In addition to its participation in energy production (by catalyzing the combustion of glucose), it is also responsible for its storage. It can be considered as a kind of control unit for the proper functioning of the brain and the entire nervous system. It is found in: white beans, chocolate, cocoa, buckwheat, almonds, wheat bran, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, soy, wheat germ.

Resveratrol and its saline and ester compounds

Rezerwatrol is an exceptionally potent plant antioxidant, often described as a life-prolonging supplement. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, it effectively combats harmful substances that may impact the nervous system. Furthermore, rezerwatrol regulates high blood pressure, which effectively prevents the development of numerous cardiovascular diseases, including strokes. Rezerwatrol naturally occurs in grapes, red wine, pineapples, blueberries, blackcurrants, apricots, and mulberries.

Vitamin B3, alternatively referred to as Nicotinic Acid

It is impossible to deny the indispensability of vitamins for the appropriate functioning of the body. With regard to the nervous system, particular attention should be paid to vitamin B3, also known as Nicotinic Acid or Vitamin PP. It is a compound that is synthesized in the body from tryptophan, a fundamental amino acid in the organism. The precise role of this substance in the nervous system has not yet been fully understood, however, a deficiency of this component in the body results in significantly impaired concentration, a decline in cognitive abilities, fatigue, exhaustion, and even the development of anxiety disorders. It is present in numerous food products such as peas, turkey, sunflower seeds, peanuts, wholegrain products, tuna, and liver.

For the brain - Iron

The previously mentioned element is responsible for the process of creating new erythrocytes. Furthermore, it partakes in the production of hemoglobin, a conglomerate of protein and blood pigment (hem), which is accountable for transporting oxygen from the lungs to tissues, including the nervous system. However, the benefits of iron enrichment do not cease here. Apart from taking an active role in detoxification and combating microorganisms, this element contributes to the natural fortification of the body during mental exertion. It can be found in lean meat, red meat, liver, and egg yolks.
