Way of preparation
We pour the wet ingredients into a bowl: egg, pumpkin mash, butter, and honey. Next, we add the sifted whole grain flour, a sprinkle of salt, powdered sodium carbonate, and the oats ground in a blender. We blend everything until we achieve a uniform consistency. On a pan, we heat rapeseed oil and fry the pancakes. After cooking, we can drizzle natural yogurt over them.
