Green lentil paste and dried tomatoes

Lentils are a plant with many varieties that differ in color, size, and taste of the seeds. The darker the variety, the more intense the flavor. Lentils are rich in nutrients and fiber, which means that dishes made with them are not only tasty but also very nutritious. The ingredients of this recipe are: green lentils, dried tomatoes in oil, onions, oil from dried tomatoes, and spices: salt and pepper. In short, the dish is very easy to prepare and does not require any special culinary skills.

Chicken with curry spice and sweet potatoes, complemented by sunflower seeds

Plant-based cooking does not have to be limited to mustard sprouts alone, as seeds and nuts can also be used. After roasting, they acquire a nutty taste and aroma that enriches the flavor of dishes. However, in order to reduce the loss of valuable nutrients, the heat treatment should be as short as possible. Ingredients: - 300 g chicken breast, - 200 g sweet potatoes, - 50 g sunflower seeds, - 1 tablespoon olive oil, - 1 garlic clove, - sufficient water for the desired consistency, - spices: soy sauce, curry paste or spice, salt, cumin.

Paste from beans with the addition of chocolate cream

Despite the fact that sandwiches are most often associated with a healthy flavor, there is no shortage of supporters of this kind of sweet additive. Paste is particularly popular as a cream based on cocoa and walnuts. It has also found its herbal counterpart, which is additionally characterized by its high protein content and healthy fats. Ingredients: 100 g of white beans, 1 tsp cocoa or carob, 50 g walnuts, 4 tbsp unsweetened plant milk (reduce the amount of syrup if using sweetened plant milk), 1 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup.
