The diet not only restores the proper functioning of the body by releasing it from toxins, but also supports natural regenerative, medicinal mechanisms and provides important vitamins, microelements and enzymes. The whole treatment comes down to two stages: starvation treatment, the task of purifying the body and preparing it for the absorption of all the necessary nutrients from the food, and after that time, the diet establishes healthy, vegetable, fruit and vegetable products, which are processed, digested and processed.

Vegetables and fruits, preferably in raw form, should be consumed as they retain all their properties.
