Frozen vegetables or healthy?

The answer to this question is a short YES. Thanks to freezing vegetables we have access to them all year round. Freezing fresh vegetables as soon as possible after they are harvested causes us to retain valuable vitamins and other nutrients in them. A good example for comparison here are vegetables that we buy as frozen products in the store. They are collected, stored for a period of time before they can be transported, and when they reach their destination, they are often also stored in vegetables. Over time, they lose their properties and although they are cheap, their frozen alternatives to natural ingredients prove to be better.

Do frozen vegetables lose their vitamins?

The use of a vegetable-rich diet as part of a balanced healthy diet has a number of beneficial effects on the body. We can often ask ourselves whether frozen vegetables will be the right and good source of vitamins. Another surprise may be the fact that the actual losses of valuable vitamins are not so great, because freezing is the storage method that prevents the loss of the nutrients in food to the greatest extent.

If you want to make a frozen vegetable soup, put it in boiling water and cook it for about 10 to 15 minutes, the other option is to cook it in pairs, just remembering that all the spice additives should be delivered 5 minutes before the end of the season, without any problems you can also throw them directly on the pan and try to make them with spices.
