Diane Kress is a dietitian with over twenty-five years of professional experience. She specializes in weight loss diets and diets with a controlled number and type of carbohydrates consumed. She herself follows the nutritional recommendations she recommends to her dependents. When she was thirty years old and discovered that a diet based on controlling calorie intake and moderate physical activity stopped serving her, she developed a program called Cud metabolic, which she described in her book Metabolic Cud.

The Miracle of Metabolism

After years of observing the body and metabolism of her and her patients, Kress came to the unfortunate conclusion: Over 45 percent of people who ask me for help have never achieved their desired goals.. She noted that there are people whose diet is based on reducing the number of calories they eat daily.  People who follow a recommended diet that consumes less energy and moderate physical activity each day, and are unable to provide adequate body weight.  Blood tests show that the body's morphological and metabolic organs have additional increased levels of energy, despite the fact that they consume less energy in the body.

The Diane Kress diet is three phases

Metabolism B, according to the method's author, occurs in about 55% of the population and is genetically determined. Diane Kress, faced with the odds, developed a plan called Cud Metabolic, which aims to help people who, following a low-calorie diet (without cheating on a diet) and living a healthy lifestyle, are unable to shed excess fat.

The Diane Kress diet is effective

The Diane Kress diet is a low-carb diet. You can see the similarity in the program developed by Diane, the low-carbon diet proposed by Dr. Atkins, and the South Beach diet. From reviews published on diet websites, I found that the diet can be difficult for patients to follow because the rules are complicated and the language of the book is poorly understood. Patients have trouble understanding the meaning of the method and sometimes in her daily life.
