Chrzan, since historical times, has been primarily utilized as a spice, and upon completing the cleaning and rinsing process, its roots were added to m.in. pickled cucumbers, herbs, or the preparation of chrzan sauce for meat.

Fuck the commoners

Chrzan has been cultivated for more than 2000 years, but it has not been able to study exactly to what extent it was known to the ancient Greeks and Romans. It was brought to Poland by the Slavs around the 12th century. Chrzan common is a root plant, which has a characteristic appearance and a white or cream color of roots, and over the ground are visible long, green chrzan leaves. The plant consists of numerous rather thick and long relationships, and the corresponding part is a cylindrical main root with a slightly consistent rootstock.

The medicinal properties of chrysanthemum

Chrzan can be successfully considered as a functional food because of its characteristic content of biologically active substances. It is considered to have a dietary value mainly for tartar chrzan. The fractional white root of the plant after consumption improves the digestive processes of the food, since it stimulates the secretion of juices and enzymes from the digestion tract by the organs of the gastrointestinal tract, among others. The stomach, stomach and liver, and thus improves metabolism. It has heating properties due to the taste and irritation of the blood vessels, helps it to breathe through the upper respiratory organs. Chrzan is applied to the skin and to the growth and production of enzymes in the bloodstream, and naturally, it is necessary to observe rapid changes in the body's immune system, and it has the ability to respond rapidly to changes in neurological and metabolic pathways.

Shit on the bays

In the subtle roots of European common chrysanthemum there is an oil containing substances such as gluconasturtine, which belongs to the group of glucosinolans with antibacterial and crystalline properties. Chrysanthenic also acts as a warmer and helps to cleanse the upper respiratory tract from behind the mucous membrane.

Bacterial action

Chrzan is also used as a natural food preservative, most often in the form of compressed juice. All isothiocycyanin (AIT) is a substance with anti-inflammatory properties of microbes present in food. Chrzan tarta, which is most often added to roasted meat, meats, sausages or ground cucumber products, has bacterial, fungal and antiviral properties. The same antimicrobial action is observed in the human body.

Shit about losing weight

As chrysanthemum is considered to be a spicy spice, its effect on accelerating the metabolism of matter or increasing the body's energy expenditure in the form of heat, as is the case with chillies, has been studied by Gregersen et al. and investigated whether the food additive, among other things, affects parameters such as thermogenesis, appetite, energy consumption, and energy balance in humans. Unfortunately, no statistically significant changes were observed compared to the placebo group.

Strawberries of chrysanthemum

As I mentioned earlier, chrysanthemum has heating properties. For rheumatic pain, spinal pain, or root pain, you'll need a natural crysantherm paste to rub into the painful places. To make this homemade paste you need about 100 grams of fresh, hard crysentherm root and a glass of pure vodka or spirits. We put it in a jar and we pour alcohol into it, then we lock the jar and leave it in the sun for a week so that it can absorb the biologically active alcohol compounds.
