This premium oil is obtained through carefully controlled cold-pressing of flaxseeds, a method that preserves its exceptional nutritional profile. It represents the most concentrated plant-based source of omega-3 fatty acids, particularly alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). While these fatty acids are classified within the same family as those found in oily marine fish, their metabolic processing and physiological effects differ substantially, meaning they cannot be regarded as a complete substitute for the marine-derived omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

Woven fabrics containing predominantly, but < 85% synthetic staple fibres by weight, mixed principally or solely with man-made fibres

There are no scientific publications confirming the effect of oil consumption on weight reduction. There is also a lack of strong evidence that it has a positive effect on the health and treatment of people with various diseases such as hypertension, diabetes or any type of cancer. The effect of flax oil on improving lipid profile levels is also not clear in all studies However, in some studies it has been found to have an effect on relieving inflammatory conditions in the body and thus on cardiovascular health [13]. This product is not intended as a weight-loss agent, as it can lead to a decrease in the amount of fat consumed at the same time... It can also contribute to a reduction in calorie intake of nearly 90% of the total body fat (e.g. by reducing the weight of the body in the same way as the body fat).

Fasting flaxseed oil

As with the use of flaxseed oil for weight loss, there is also a greater lack of grounds for this in fasting. If this practice is incorporated into the daily diet as in the above case eating only one teaspoon of oil per calorie will increase by about 90 kcal. It is better to add this oil to any meal adding fat to foods which also contain protein and carbohydrates by reducing the glycemic index of the whole meal and also by improving the satiety after consuming the finished meal. In addition, oil additives improve the ability of the digestive system to improve digestion. However, the high fat content of the oils and other oils listed below should always have a positive effect on the fat content, as well as the lack of fat content in the finished food.
