How do you make ghee butter?
Ingredients: 4 cubes of butter. Making: melt the butter by placing it in a jug on a small fire. Cooking for about 30 minutes without covering until all the water is cooked. Permanent particles will fall to the bottom and attach to it. Butter should be mixed from time to time and be careful not to allow the sediment to burn. Turn off the fire when it seems to be completely clear. Leave it in the pot for a while longer so that the whole sediment falls off. Clear butter, available in most supermarkets, is great for frying and as an additive to soup or sauce. Thanks to its properties, it has a positive effect on health.
