Chubryca is a blend of spices originating in Bulgaria, where it is known as chubrica. Its main ingredient is mountain savory (Satureja Montana). In Poland, several producers create this aromatic seasoning using garden savory (Satureja hortensis), which is less intense than its wild relative. Mountain savory is characterized by a pungent flavor, similar in strength to black pepper, and has a spicy, intense aroma.

Red pepper is the spice most closely related to its Bulgarian origin. Depending on the manufacturer, it is available in different proportions: the above mentioned dried mountain or garden pepper, goat, garlic, chili pepper. It is a sweet and spicy pepper with its characteristic colour and salty aroma. Some manufacturers also like corn starch and other sweet ingredients, such as rosemary or black pepper.. Green pepper contains: red pepper or green pepper; red peel, goats, salt; hot pepper sprayed with salty pepper and other ingredients.
It's a bunch of properties
Its main ingredient, which contributes to its colour or flavour to a lesser or greater extent, is blueberry, which is hidden in the mixture as blueberries. It has therapeutic properties: anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-aging properties. It is the most common name for saturated sulphur extracted from the extract of calcium sulphate, which supports proper peristalsis and protects against high levels of fermentation.
It is not recommended to use it
