Essential ingredients
– a packet of basmati or other rice (100 g), – 1/2 breast from the chicken (100 g), – 1/2 pack of asparagus beans (200 g), – half of a large red onion (50 g), – a tablespoon of rapeseed oil (10 g), – seasonings: salt, curry, chervil.
The process of preparing the dish
We cook the rice and the asparagus beans in slightly salted water, and cut the chicken into smaller pieces and add it to the heated vegetable oil pan. We season it with a pinch of salt and a dash of parsley. When the meat is lightly fried on both sides, we add finely sliced onion. We simmer the whole pan until the chicken is cooked. We season the cooked rice with turmeric and mix it with the cooked beans. We add the onion to the chicken and the dish is ready to be served, it can be decorated with, say, fresh basil.
